Winter Angler Activity Flights in Algonquin Provincial Park
The Algonquins of Ontario and Harkness Laboratory of Fisheries Research are seeking volunteers to assist in the Winter Angler Activity Flights in Algonquin Provincial Park. A series of flights will be conducted over a set of lakes in the Park for the purpose of collecting data on the number of anglers using lakes. Up to 13 flights will be conducted during February and March of 2019. These flights will be leaving from the Muskoka Airport, Gravenhurst. The Ministry of Natural Resources and Forestry will be conducting these surveys using a Turbo Beaver.
